I am going to eat less chips and more fruit. More water and less Pepsi. I am going to be active every day!
I am going to play Wii Fit and do Jillian Michaels Yoga video. By no means am I fat or need to loose any weight (well maybe a little weight. 5 lbs.)...but I do need to do some major toning up! I have ZERO muscle...ZERO!! I could not even do a push up the other day. Sad. So here goes nothing.
