I also watched Killers last night...the movie with Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Heigl and it was sooo good! I really liked it a lot!

Theres battle lines being drawn

So, have I ever mentioned how bad ass I am? (haha...) Okay, well my nail color this week proves it.

OPI's Lucern-tainly Look Marvelous is one helluva bad ass color.

It took a little while for the color to grow on me, but now I love it!

Anyways, so I want to go to grad school next year. For high school counseling. I am probably just going to stay at Bradley, but I thought "hey, why not look around?". I am pretty closed minded, so this is a big step. Ever since I decided on grad school, I was a stubborn ass and did not want to look anywhere else besides Bradley. So I just did some research. I could go to DePaul in Chicago or to Butler in Indy... you know how much I LOVE Indy...

So I'll probably do some talking and thinking and visiting and then go from there. But I'll probably just stay at Bradley. Because I am boring, predictable and unadventurous...and stubborn.

I am almost back to normal. My voice is still a little scratchy and singing a long to the radio is still hard. Can't hit them high notes yet!

But I did have a really great weekend relaxing and watching FOOTBALL!!!! Except I feel so bad for poor Eli Manning. His big brother Peyton and the Colts sure did beat the crap of him and his Giants yesterday. I loved that the Colts were playing well, but come on D did you really have to sack Eli that many times? I mean he was just getting his shit rocked all night. :( I felt bad for him.

Looking forward to a good game next week in Denver! Woo!

I think this week is going to be a little busy...but I think it is still too soon to tell. I know I have a lot of Chemistry to study before the exam on Thursday! I will also have to drag my little butt into work everyday to make up for missing all of last week. I have so much to do...yet I sit here a blog. Yepp.

It has almost been six days since I have had a normal voice. 

I hate being sick. I really try and be self-sufficient and take care of myself. But sometimes it's just hard. I have now been sick for almost a week and I can not stand it. I want my mommy to make me comfort food and rub my back while I watch TV on the couch. I want my daddy to bring my Gatorades and make me laugh. I just want to curl up in a ball under all my covers and cry like a little five year old. I'm feeling really home sick. I think this is the first time since being in college that  I am sick... I haven't seen my parents in a really long time, since July? And I miss them a lot right now. 

: ( 

But, anyways...I have been listening to Mr.Thicke all week...damn I love me some Robin Thicke. yumm yumm.

I also have had some great roommate bonding time this week. I love our girl talk. It's probably one of my favorite things. A nice big glass of wine and my best friends gabbing over the most ridiculous, outrageous topics ever. Nothing is off limits with us. Even when one of the boys comes over...if they crash girl time they are going to get an ear full!

Football Season is here!
Finally. I have been waiting patiently for a long time.

Unfortunately, it seems like I always miss the first Colts game of the season. Since I have been in college recruitment usually falls on the first game. This year I thought I got lucky with recruitment being last week...but I didn't. If the colts played in one of the later games I would have been fine, but duh they get stuck with the noon game on Sunday...and I will be at a bridal show. fuck. I hope I don't jinx 'em. You know I always wear my Peyton jersey on game day. But I can't this game. Hopefully they still win, I'm sure they will. I am so superstitious it is ridiculous! I always do the same thing every Sunday, I can't do anything out of the ordinary. It's insane. I'm a freak.

I also love football season because I love to beat my dad, uncles, cousins and aunt in the confidence pool! I get so competitive and it really is a lot of fun, no one ever expects me to win! But I do :)

Well, so far I have 8 points from the Saints win last night. I just love football season so much. SO MUCH!

I just did some Amazon shopping...can't wait to get a package in the mail next week! I had to buy a book for class, but of course there are some CD's that I have been wanting, so yupp, I bought 'em. So excited. :) CD's have got to be one of my favorite things to buy. I don't think I could ever bring myself to buy an album off iTunes. There is just no way. I like to have them, the tangible possession means a lot to me.

And I went bowling last night. That was a  j.o.k.e. Oh the things I do for Chi Omega and our new babies.I bowled a 58. For real. BUT on the bright side I didn't break a nail. haha I am such a girl. It's gross sometimes.

Whew, I had an exhausting but awesome weekend. 

I think this was the best recruitment ever and Chi Omega got a great new pledge class! But school and life does not stop just because of recruitment, even though it should...


Well anyways, I was sitting at my desk today reading for my exam I have later and I was thinking....I REALLY love my desk. I have this super awesome brick wall, a deliciously scented candle from VS, a wine bottle with flowers and feather (so me.) and it's just really cozy. Even though it sucks to study I think I could sit here at my desk all day long. That sounds lovely. Maybe I will watch the bachelor pad here after class...hmm...maybe.

One for 7:00, and 7:15, and 7:30...then I hit snooze until 7:45

What has happened to my morning person-ness?

It seems to be missing...

I was a total zombie this morning.

No dancing, limited singing, I didn't even have the energy to make coffee.

Yeah...rough morning.

A morning with out dancing is hardly a morning at all.

Clearly I am not allowed to stay up past midnight.

Instead of playing the usual Girl Talk or something upbeat on my Itouch as I prepared for the day I played Wisely.
