Leap Year Babies?

Just a little thought that is keeping me from completing my homework...that and youtube.

When would a leap year baby celebrate their birthday?
On Feb. 28 or March 1?
Or at Midnight between the two days?

All I know is...I am glad to not be a leap year baby...I am wacko about my birthday, I love it so much!
My next birthday will be my golden birthday! Woohoo!
That means I get gold right? : ) I sure hope so!

My 20th birthday...seems like so long ago! 

Anyways...happy last day of February.
